About Eric Hansen
I formed Mission Scale LLC to empower for-profit and non-profit CEOs to grow their organizations and expand their impact. I have 25 years’ global experience in executive leadership, for-profit and non-profit management, and strategic consultancy services tailored to the unique needs of mission-driven, high-growth businesses.
My career has focused on promoting entrepreneurial opportunity amongst youth, women, and economically disadvantaged populations. I co-founded and was COO, from 2002-2019, of the Center for Entrepreneurship, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit. The Center was a leading international training, mentorship and consulting organization focusing on helping for-profit and non-profit CEOs grow their businesses. I also co-founded and was member of the leadership team of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, a global network of young entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them, from its launch in 2010 through 2018. I currently volunteer in my community as a Partner and Board Member at Social Venture Partners Boulder County where I consult, advise, and train social entrepreneurs and their boards of directors in how to build their organizational capacity.
I am a fifth generation Coloradan who was raised and is currently living in Boulder County, and who was fortunate to have spent over two decades living and accelerating entrepreneurship internationally.
